Edward James (Ted) Crawford

Ted passed into the everlasting arms of Jesus, who he loved and served so well, on 3 February 2025 aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of Elsie for 58 years, treasured Dad to Ann & Gwen, brother of the late Rob, brother-in law to Molly & Uncle to Robert, surrogate Grandfather of Kimberley, Jack and Lawrence.  He was a friend to many and will be dearly missed. A Thanksgiving Service to celebrate Ted’s life will be held at Papakura East Presbyterian Church, 85 Settlement Road, Papakura, on Monday 10 February at 1.00pm followed by light refreshments. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to either Mission Aviation Fellowship or Bible Society New Zealand would be greatly appreciated.
