Joan Edith Gale (nee Bell)

Passed away peacefully on 7 June 2026, aged 96 years.  Dearly loved mother of Lorna and Mel, Jim and Julie, Sarah and Phil and David.  Cherished Nannie of Donna and Justin, Billy (deceased), Gary and Brenda, Eleanor (deceased), Rowena, and Laura.  Much loved great grand nannie to Michaela, Courtney, Liam, Rose, Elliot and April.

A service to celebrate Joans’ life will be held on Wednesday 17 June at 11am in the Chapel of Resthaven Funerals, Cnr Picton and Walter McDonald Sts, Howick.  Please feel free to wear something bright and cheerful as Joan would like this to be a celebration of her life.
