Margarete (Gretl) BASS (QSM)

Surrounded by family, Gretl passed away peacefully on 24 October 2024, aged 90 years. Much loved wife of the late Paul. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Ernst and Deborah, and Ronnie. Cherished Oma of Jonathan, Michelle and Charlotte, and Cornelia, Alex and Joe, and great-grandchildren Luca and Zoe, and Claire, Sophie and Olivia. “Now at peace”. A service to celebrate Gretl’s life is to be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 17 Selwyn Road, Howick, Thursday 31 October 2024 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St John Ambulance would be greatly appreciated.
